We kindly inform you that the Administrator of your personal data is <\/span>Institute for Urban Culture (hereinafter: IKM)<\/strong> - a self-governing cultural institution with its seat in Gda\u0144sk, 11 Targ Rakowy Street, 80-830 Gda\u0144sk, entered in the Register of Cultural Institutions kept by the Municipality of the City of Gda\u0144sk under number 12\/11.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n

    <\/b><\/span>Definitions<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Definitions:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Policy - means this Privacy Policy, unless the context or content of the Policy's provisions clearly indicate otherwise,<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Data - means personal data, unless otherwise expressly stated in this Policy, which allows you to be identified as an individual, e.g. your name, telephone number, e-mail address, home address, but also in certain situations cookies, usage data, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Authorised person - means a person authorised by the Personal Data Controller to process personal data. An authorised person may be an employee of IKM, a person performing work on the basis of a contract of mandate or another civil law agreement, as well as a person undergoing voluntary work, internship or traineeship;<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n

Processing of personal data - means an operation or set of operations which is performed upon personal data or sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, organisation, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction of personal data;<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n

RODO - means Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the EU L 119, p. 1);<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. IKM website - ikm.gda.pl and pages dedicated directly to projects organised by the IKM,<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. User - a person using the IKM website,<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    8. Profiling - means any form of automated processing of personal data which involves the use of personal data to evaluate certain personal factors of an individual, in particular to analyse or predict aspects relating to that individual's performance, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behaviour, location or movements.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
